    Shipping Policy

    Local Shipping

    All parcels are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle in tracked parcels. They do not require a signature on delivery. If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us at info@kourage.co for additional information. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery depending on Australia Post/ Sendle shipping and handling times.

    Refund Policy

    We want you to be 100% happy and comfortable with your purchase however if you're not then here is what you need to do:

    What happens if I change my mind?

    Sometimes we change our mind or sometimes it doesn't fit as we expected it to and that's okay! We will happily issue a refund under the following conditions:
    - The item is returned within 30 days of purchase
    - The clothing item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed and with the original labels and tags attached). Please also ensure that there are no stains (makeup, deodorant marks, fake tan, odour etc)
    - Change of mind returns only apply to full-priced items (e.g items NOT on sale. This includes items in our FINAL sale page and storewide sales)
    - We do not accept returns of candles that were lit, even if it was once.
    - We do not accept returns of headgear like cap, hats and beanies due to hygiene reasons.

    What is the process of returning my order?

    1. Send us an email to info@kourage.co, to confirm the return
    2. Return the item to us:

    1. Wait for us to receive the item in the mail. This can take up to 2 weeks depending on where you are sending the item from.
    1. We will process your return within 3 business days of receiving it. You will be notified of the return via email.

    What happens if my item is faulty or if I received the incorrect item?

    If you received a faulty or incorrect item please complete the returns form within 7 days of receiving your item and we will be in contact with you to resolve your issue.

    Do you offer exchanges?

    We do not offer exchanges or hold sizes/items for exchange due to a high turnover of stock. We can issue you a refund for your item (as long as you follow the returns/refund policy) and then you will need to purchase your new item through a new order.

    Who pays for shipping?

    Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to change of mind returns. If you are returning a faulty/incorrect item please contact us at info@kourage.co 

    If you are shipping an item over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    When will I be notified of my refund and receive the funds in my account?

    Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive your returned items, process the refund and for you to receive the funds into your account. You will receive an email from us once your return has been processed confirming that it has been approved.

    Please allow for longer than 10 days if you are sending via normal post from Western Australia or internationally.
