FEELING GUILTY ABOUT SELF CARE?

Have you ever felt or been made to feel guilty for:

• Taking time for yourself?
• Saying no to someone or something?
• Not having it all figured out?

Doing these things does not make you selfish or self-centred. No one has it all figured out (and if they say they do, they are full of it)

Making yourself a priority does not make you a bad person.

In fact, not doing so means that you are not able to be the best version of you for yourself and those around you.

The next time that little voice in your head or the sour so-and-so in your life tries to make you feel guilty for putting yourself first, tell them to shove it!
