Shipping Policy

SHIPPING YOUR ORDERS:

Our skincare is made in small batches and is always guaranteed to be shipped fresh to you.

PROCESSING TIME:

We make it our priority to ship your order as soon as possible once cleared payment is received, usually within 1-3 working days (unless notified otherwise) from our Sydney base.

SHIPPING TIME:

For most destinations within Australia, you will receive your order within 2-5 working days however, some remote/regional destinations may take a little longer, such as Western Australia, Tasmania & far north Queensland.  All deliveries are tracked and you will receive an email with a tracking number once shipped.

Please allow extra time for deliveries during peak holiday times such as Christmas & Easter or unforeseen delays through freight carriers.

SHIPPING RATES & METHOD:

Standard shipping flat rate of $10 applies to all Australian orders  up to $120.00
Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over $120. (2-7 business days)
Express Post: $15.00

Our carriers are Australia Post and Sendle for standard shipping, for which we reserve the right to select.  Express parcels are sent via Australia Post.  All deliveries are tracked and you will receive an email with a tracking number once shipped.

Please note both our carriers use Contactless Delivery with Authority to Leave your parcel on the premises.  Please advise any specific instructions in checkout (eg. at front door, behind front gate, etc). If it is not safe for your parcel to be left unattended, then please use a PO Box address or contact us to arrange Registered shipping for you so your delivery can be carded and collected at a time to suit you.


HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR PARCEL?

If you have not received your parcel within a reasonable time frame and have checked your tracking details, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will then contact the shipping carrier to resolve the missing item's whereabouts for you as quickly as possible.  Please note we are not responsible for lost or undelivered items in transit, but rest assured you will receive our very best customer service to ensure your parcel is found or the issue resolved.

Refund Policy

Returns:

If your product is found to be damaged, incorrect or genuinely faulty upon opening or using, we will gladly offer you a full product replacement. Please email us a photo of the concern if possible and contact us within 14 days of delivery for us to authorise a replacement.

If you are dissatisfied or unhappy with your purchase in any way, please email us directly at nsa@naturalskincareaustralia.com.au - we are here to help you!

NSA reserves the right to inspect the faulty product for genuine claims.
Please contact us at nsa@naturalskincareaustralia.com.au with regards to your claim.

If required to return your product after authorisation, please mail to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If the product is deemed faulty/damaged upon receipt, the cost of return shipping will then be refunded to you.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, items on sale, gift cards, samples or custom/special orders.

If for some reason our products do not meet your expectations, simply email us within 14 days at:

To organise a return or exchange, please email our customer service as soon as possible so we can resolve your issue.
