Our Gentle Face Polish reveals a fresh new skin radiance with the exfoliating power of 2 plant powders and 8 potent fruit enzymes that break down and polish off dead skin cells for deep exfoliation and stimulation of new cell turnover. Recommended for all skin types, the unique properties of these natural exfoliants help to purify and oxygenate the skin, removing accumulated fatty impurities, particularly seen on oily or young teenage skin.  Excess sebum buildup on the skin leads to blemishes, so it is important to remove it on a regular basis to minimise breakouts, since water will not dissolve it.   As skin ages, epidermal ageing results in slower cell renewal, roughness and skin thickening.  Very Sensitive skin types may experience a slight tingling from the fruit enzymes, which is quite normal, indicating they are doing their job. The micro-particles of Bamboo Stem and Coconut Shell were chosen for their gentleness on the skin, to exfoliate without abrasion or causing micro tears (cuts) on the skin, as can many other exfoliant scrubs.

APPLICATION: 

Apply to damp face, neck and decolletage after cleansing. Gently massage a small amount in circular motions, rinse with warm water or for enhanced results, leave on the skin for an extra few minutes. Use 2-3 times weekly. Even though our powder grains are super fine, if you have sensitive skin, try patting gently on rather than massaging in.

BEAUTY TIP: Our natural AHA’s are super effective yet super gentle – however if you have never used them before or have very sensitive skin, it is slightly possible and completely normal to experience a light tingling or even slight redness sensation. This can be quickly neutralised with our NSA Restore Calming Toner or Face Creme. If you feel your skin is too sensitive and needs to acclimatise to using these natural AHA’s, then reduce usage to once a week starting with minimal leave on time, gradually increasing to twice a week for longer times as your skin feels more comfortable.

NOTE: When using AHA’s on the skin, please be aware you are also exposing new skin, which is quicker to be affected by UV damage, so use Mineral Makeup or a sunscreen or wear a hat to protect your skin.
