Refund policy

Please choose carefully as due to the nature of our personal care products we do not give refunds for change of mind or for making a wrong selection. This is upheld at Muditā’s discretion.

You may choose to receive a refund or exchange where the product is:

• Faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown to you. Muditā Essential products must be returned as soon within 14 days of receiving, accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Charge of freight is at your cost.

• Damaged in transit. We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. If you have received an item that is damaged/faulty in some way, please send us photos of the item so we can arrange replacement/refund.

• Items purchased on sale cannot be returned under change of mind guarantee.

If credit is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unclaimed Parcels/Returned Postage

Once your order has left us, it is your responsibility to keep track of it via the tracking you were sent.  If you fail to collect the item from the Post Office in the required time frame and it is returned to us, you will be liable for return postage of $12AUD if you wish for the order to be re-sent.

Otherwise, we will issue a refund less an admin fee of $10AUD.  This procedure also applies to addresses that have been entered incorrectly on your order form.
