How to Brew: Take a teaspoon per cup (2 for a mug). Boil water, infuse leaves for three minutes and drink with or without milk, add a little sugar if you wish!

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorized and verified, all orders are processed within 3-5 days. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.

However, some orders may ship within as few as 2 business days and some may take up to 7 business days.

Due to Covid-19 actual delivery times may vary from 7 to 21 Business Days

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

The order should arrive between 7-14 business days.

Express Shipping costs: $15.00

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at donnasdivineherbals@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation of orders
If the order has already been processed and has been readied for shipping a cancellation due to change of mind will not be honoured. Refunds are only available where there is a fault in the product supplied. Breakages of products during shipping are to be reported to Australia Post for reimbursement. Donna's Divine Herbals takes the utmost care in ensuring your packages are carefully wrapped for their journey.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
