We accept returns within 30 days of filling the order, provided products are unopened, unused and in resalable condition.

Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns. To enquire about making a return or exchange, please email use our contact form and ensure to provide us with your order number and details of the item/s you'd like to return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If damaged, please send us photos and any additional information to ensure quickest possible turnaround.

Please note that frosting is not damage and is a natural phenomena of 100% soy wax. This may or may not occur and unfortunately we cannot accept frosting as damaged goods.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
