Our CEYLON organic black tea is known as one of the finest black teas in the world. Grown in the highlands of the Uva province of Sri Lanka, using fair trade practices & traditional organic farming methods.

This tea has a subtle flavour that is sweet & lively making it the perfect tea to start your day.

We Recommend CEYLON.

CEYLON is caffeinated, so if this caffeine is usually something that keeps you awake at night we recommend not drinking it after 2 pm. Our favourite time? Right after our morning herbal tea.

Shipping Policy

How much is shipping?
FREE shipping on Australian orders over $110.00
Australia: Flat fee of $9.95

When will my order be shipped?
We will process your order within 1-2 business days of payment however if there are any delays we will contact you.

How do I track my order?
All deliveries will have tracking numbers which will be sent to your email so you can see exactly where your package is.

*Please note: Delivery times may vary due to the demand on couriers and during peak sales times and the *silly season* but we will do our very best to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the above Returns Address.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
And to assist you further, if you are shipping an item over AUD$35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

It must also be in the original packaging with no damage to the seal and not open. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, in particular perishable goods such as tea, which cannot be returned, but we will assist you where we can.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable)

* Any item that arrives with severely damaged packaging, or the seal is opened, or the product is damaged.
* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery on a case-by-case basis.

 Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
