Throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding, your breasts go through some tender moments. Don’t despair ladies, we’ve got you covered with BodyICE Woman – Ice and heat packs!

Our BodyICE Woman breast pads have been designed to fit comfortably inside your bra and around your nipples. Made from medical grade PVC and flexible non toxic gel-beads that allow the breast pack to conform and fit comfortably over your breasts and around your nipples.

Our breast pads provide relief from soreness associated with a number of breast-related ailments. These include breast surgery, breast feeding, blocked milk ducts, engorgement and general soreness that is sometimes experienced during menstruation.

Our breast pads are perfect for the breastfeeding mother. The breast pads are cleverly designed to conform around your breast pump and when heated, can help ease the flow of milk and blocked milk ducts. Used as a cold pack, our breast pads will help soothe pain and inflammation associated with breast surgery and engorgement.

Each breast pack from BodyICE Woman® contains:
2 x gel bead breast packs (for hot or cold use)
2 x washable breast sleeves

Instructions

Heat or cool the BodyICE Woman® range as per the following instructions. Slip on the protective, washable sleeves provided (optional) and place directly on breasts inside bra. Apply for the medically recommended time of 15 minutes. Wait until the skin returns to normal temperature before reapplying.

COLD THERAPY

Place in freezer without sleeves for approximately 2 hours or submerge in icy water until desired temperature is achieved. Once your ice pack begins losing temperature, repeat this process until the desired level of cooling is achieved.

HEAT THERAPY

Submerge in hot water without sleeves or microwave for the suggested times below. Heat in additional 5-second increments until desired temperature is achieved. Always test temperature before application.

• 700 Watt Microwave: 20 seconds

• 1000 Watt Microwave: 15 seconds

• 1200 Watt Microwave: 10 seconds

Cleaning & Storage

Wash your breast pack with warm soapy water. You can also hand wash your breast pack sleeves and air dry for continued use. Store away from sunlight.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
