How to Return an Item?To arrange a return, please contact me at louise@boutiquebaby.com.au or call 1300 858 099 PRIOR to returning the item.All returns and refunds will be processed using the same payment method that the order was placed.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.The terms and conditions listed above are in addition to those provided under Australia Consumer Law.
